Failing downloads

A download error happens if the following error message appears in Portal when downloading files:

The following files couldn't be downloaded 
Generic

When this is the case, it is necessary to restart the download.

Only the missing files will be downloaded, simply click the download arrow/button icon once again


If the problem is not solved, delete the file and download it again:

  • right-click the preset name 
  • select "Delete file" 
  • Click the download icon to download it again
